A warm welcome to my website. This is the place to come to catch up on my latest writing projects. As well as novels and short stories I have ventured into the world of blogging.
We will be making updates, a slow process, to the site over the next few months.
Norfolk Churches Trust Bike Ride
I will be taking part in the Norfolk Churches Trust Bike Ride on 12th September 2026, with Tandem Pilot Michael Jay. We are aiming to complete 100km of riding whilst visiting 25 churches on the day. We will be raising money for two Norfolk charities. 60% will go to Norfolk Churches Trust and 40% will be passed onto Vision Norfolk.
We are intending to start at Thoresby College, King’s Lynn hub of VN, and finish at St Andrew’s, Little Massingham, my chosen church for the ride.

Thank you in anticipation.
Parkrun
I am a very keen parkrunner, running tethered to a VI guide, and have started putting myself forward for producing event run reports for each new event I take part in. In time, you will find my broader reviews of these parkruns on the Blogs page.I am a very keen parkrunner, running tethered to a VI guide, and have started putting myself forward for producing event run reports for each new event I take part in. Travelling Blind Blog
Back in 2024 we launched a weekly newsletter. Once you have signed up you will find it in your Inbox every Saturday. I am told it is a great accompaniment to a cup of coffee on a Saturday morning. It will contain the weekly Travelling Blind Blog. It will feature, in the main, my travelling exploits, including the quirky, the funny and the people who enrich our lives. I will highlight some of the experiences that have seen me doing many things that you don’t usually associate with the blind community. Thus far, I have taken part in 4-wheel off-road driving, cycling, sailing and, of course, running, primarily at parkrun.
In addition, we have introduced the ‘White Cane Ratings,’ 🦯. These will show the reader how accessible places are. Whether it is a hotel, a restaurant, a pub or a visitor attraction, you will be able to work out if you can visit on your own or need to take a companion for assistance.
I am always keen to hear ideas and views from readers and if you go to the Contact page you can drop me a line. Just be aware it may take a few days to respond.Back in 2024 we launched a weekly newsletter. Once you have signed up you will find it in your Inbox every Saturday. Novels and Short Stories
This is the home for news about Sue-Beth Walters, Curt Richardson and Sean Bryant as well as their families, friends and associates. You will find short autobiographies of the three inside. I may add more as I consider them necessary.
I am well into a new Home Security Team venture, working title is Kidnap. It has become very personal for Sue-Beth Walters. A past nemesis has come back into her life and kidnapped her teenage son along with his girlfriend, the daughter of Sean Bryant. The story will take them to the heart of the Russian government. British government ministers become embroiled and do everything within their power to hinder the rescue of the abductees. Alliances between Russian and British officials are uncovered and Walters and her partner, Curt Richardson, are soon going to start turning the screws. State sponsored corruption is never far away.
I am playing with an idea, working name is Branodunum, which is set against the background of the Roman abandonment of Britannia as Saxon hordes threaten the East Anglian coastline. The old coastal fort at Brancaster will become an important focal point as Britannia will change forever.
Both of these projects are going to be a while in the making. I will try and drop updates here as time allows.
Within the Books section you will find overviews of Wish Dead List and Lionheart, the short story, Christmas Doll, in full. Christmas Down Under and Rescue on an African River will be added during the forthcoming winter. You will also find a transcript of the passage from Wish Dead List that is read at my talks.
Wish Dead List can be purchased from the below. Prices may vary.
